My teaching is structured, clear and tailored to you
What can you expect from me as a teacher?
My my role is not simply to guide you through Pilates exercises. My teaching is tailored to you, your body, and your individual needs.
I observe how you move so that I can offer clear, purposeful guidance, helping you recognise habits and movement patterns that no longer support you or that may be contributing to recurring pain and injuries. Together, we can develop new ways of moving that better support your body and align with your current goals.
Our aim is to build confidence beyond our classes too, whether on the football field, on the tennis court, or playing with your children.
I believe movement should be a joy, and feeling good and at home in your body should not be a luxury.
Who do I teach?
My clients range in age from 15 to 85 — from Pilates teachers and advanced practitioners to complete beginners, desk-bound professionals, athletes and fitness lovers.
Whether you're returning to movement after an injury, looking for the right tools to help prevent one, or searching for the best way to support your strength and performance in your sport, Pilates has your back.
Different bodies, different goals; the same commitment from me: to meet you exactly where you are.
