PILATES FOR TEACHERS

Teachers need teachers too.

It can get lonely, especially once you finish your teacher training and don't gather to practice as often anymore. Or when you move to your own studio, or you live remotely and the nearest studio is miles away.

My favourite investment in my body and my teaching has been private sessions with teacher trainers outside of my formal teacher training. I believe that learning at your own pace, without the pressure of an exam ahead of you, allows for a deeper and more meaningful learning experience.

For Classical Teachers

Remind yourself why you chose Pilates in the first place.

Go deeper than choreography and see things through a fresher lens.

Refresh your self practice, revisit those tricky exercises you didn't feel you cracked for your exam.

For Contemporary Teachers

Are you interested in the classical method, but not sure about committing to another teacher training yet?

Get to know the classical Mat and Reformer Flow.

Get to know the classical transitions, the classical apparatus and the link system of Pilates exercises E.g. why do we deep squat vs table top?

TAKE ONE SMALL STEP

Ready to move, feel and perform better?

Let's have an informal chat about what you're looking for, your previous experience and whether my approach suits you.
