PILATES FOR TEACHERS
Teachers need teachers too.
It can get lonely, especially once you finish your teacher training and no longer gather to practise regularly, when you teach from your home studio, or if you live remotely and the nearest studio is miles away.
Investing in your teaching doesn't always have to mean formal teacher training. From personal experience, I believe that learning at your own pace through one-to-one sessions helps you embody the practice and creates the mental space to support others.
