Wednesdays:

7pm Beginners-Restarters (Level 1 and 2)

8pm Intermediate- Advanced (Level 4)

Private 121 sessions

£70/ 55mins

 These sessions are tailored to your goals and needs using the mat and the Pilates apparatus (including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and the     Barrels). 

Ideal if you have any complex injuries what can't be addressed on a group setting or if you like to practise in your own pace.

Duet sessions

£90/ 55mins

Share your class with a friend or family member using the Cadillac and the Tower systems or the mat.

Zoom sessions

£70/ 55mins

Learn Pilates remotely from anywhere.
