HOW DO I TEACH

Structured, clear and tailored to you

What framework do I use?

01

We use the Classical Pilates system, with more than 500 exercises, as the foundation of our work together. This framework provides structure, consistency, and variety, allowing us to work progressively toward your movement goals.

Whether you're returning to movement after an injury, looking for the right tools to help prevent one, or searching for the best way to support your strength and performance in your sport, Pilates has your back.

What can you expect from me as a teacher?

02

Movement doesn't stop when we get off the mat, and I believe my role is not simply to guide you through Pilates exercises.

My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body, starting to move with more efficient patterns, greater awareness and confidence beyond our classes, whether on the football field, on the tennis court, or playing with your children.

How do I teach?

03

My teaching is tailored to you, your body, and your individual needs.

I observe how you move so that I can offer clear, purposeful guidance, helping you recognise habits and movement patterns that may no longer support you or that may be contributing to recurring niggles and injuries. Together, we can develop new ways of moving that better support your body and align with your current goals.

I believe movement should be a joy, and feeling good and at home in your body should not be a luxury.

Who do I teach?

04

My clients range in age from 15 to 85 — from Pilates teachers and advanced practitioners to complete beginners, desk-bound professionals, athletes and fitness lovers.

Different bodies, different goals; the same commitment from me: to meet you exactly where you are.
